Ruben Vardanyan wants to be the "ambassador" of Karabakh Armenians

The dissident "State Clergyman of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic" Ruben Vardanyan invited the articulation of the Leader of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev about his status to converse with the Armenians of Karabakh.

"Artsakh ( as neighborhood Armenians call the previous Nagorno-Karabakh Independent Area - ed. ) ought to go about as a subject in this cycle," Ruben Vardanyan composed on his Message channel.

President Ilham Aliyev said at the gathering with the European Association's Eastern Organization Extraordinary Emissary Dirk Schuebel in Baku on Thursday that

 Azerbaijan is prepared to chat with the Armenians living in Karabakh, 

yet "not with Vardanyan, who was sent from Moscow with an unmistakable plan."

In his proclamation, Ruben Vardanyan said in regards to Ilham Aliyev's allegation against him that he would like a clarification that he has a "reasonable plan".
